Chef Jason Gouzy and his team

At the helm of his restaurant Pantagruel, awarded a Michelin star in 2021, Jason Gouzy crafts a cuisine that is both indulgent and opulent.
As a symbol of this generosity, each sequence of his menu unfolds through three complementary plates. A stylistic exercise perfectly mastered by the chef—and a playful, exhilarating experience for his guests.
Jason Gouzy’s career began at Le Bristol in 2012. After completing a traditional training path (BEP/BAC pro/BEP), the native of Champagne joined the brigade of Epicure, led by Eric Frechon, where he learned technical rigor and the distinctive codes of palace cuisine.
“I learned to maintain consistency in excellence. I also had the chance to work with products such as truffle and caviar, and to understand why they are used.”
